Are you looking for a supporting sisterhood of doulas?
Are you newly starting your doula journey?
Are you ready to go to the next level in your doula work?
Are you a veteran that needs some encouragement to grow in a safe place?
Are you frustrated in your doula role and need direction to help your birth community?

Come join a community of doulas looking to go to the next level of their doula journey with Traci Weafer, an experienced veteran doula with 20 years of birth experience and doula work.  As a certified doula with CBI and an Evidence Based Birth ® instructor, Traci has built her doula work around her local community of moms and professionals. This work has extended to national opportunities to share her knowledge which includes Episode #11 Birth Allowed Podcast with Birth Monopoly's Cristen Pascucci and Evidence Based Birth® training webinar with Rebecca Dekker. Traci has a unique perspective in doula work with proven success and has gained empowerment as a doula in her community. She will help encourage you and push you to your fullest potential of your doula walk. With Traci’s insight into the birthing world, you will gain awareness of your own Doula Instincts.

Change and growth are hard, but necessary.

I had the honor of being Traci's first doula student and I will always be grateful for the wisdom Traci has imparted to me, both personally and professionally.  Not only did Traci teach me how to work within the scope of a doula, but she also helped me hone in on what the definition "doula" means to my heart.  I was taught how to build bridges in my community, how to support care providers, nurses, partners, families, and of course women.  Traci didn't just train me in the physiology of birth and throw me into this work, she shaped me, encouraged me, inspired me, sat with me, and listened to me.  I was given training that was personal, in-depth, and based on the true definition of "doula."  Traci is a doula, not just for moms, but for doulas.  She is a servant, willing to sit at the feet of other doulas and share her wisdom and experiences.  She truly does not believe in competition, but in helping others uncover the power they hold within.
