A NOTE FROM tRACI
When I was pregnant with my first baby (26 years ago), I was young and scared. I was treated like a child and told I didn’t know anything. I was belittled, coerced, and made to feel like I was someone other than someone in control of their birth. I “fell” into the system not knowing what I didn’t know.
While educating myself for the birth of my next baby 15 months later, I was determined to find education that was evidence based to make decisions for my birth and what was best for my baby which was the missing piece of the first birth. I was shocked and angered that I wasn't shown my options for a better birth. I realized during this time that if I couldn’t find this information, others were probably having a hard time too.
This is the reason I dove into guiding families to having empowering births of their own. So many times, I speak with pregnant people who are frustrated with wishing they knew more. Whether giving birth for the first time or planning the next, do not find yourself falling into the system.
The Evidence Based Birth®Childbirth Class will give you the confidence, education, and tools you need to have the empowering birth you want. I am so excited to mentor you through this process towards this goal.
"This class is worth every penny. All the knowledge you gain online and through Traci is great to have for you birthing "tool box." You are welcome to take this class any time that is convenient for you. Private classes are scheduled to your convenience because I understand crazy life schedules. Count back 3 months from your due date and ask yourself if this is enough learning time and is a class available around that time. If not, consider the 6 month option and schedule your class sooner. The class stretches 6 weeks so you don't want to end too close to your due date. I suggest you leave about 3 weeks to process the information and plan for the big day.
